A Le Labo bottle is built to be refilled. The glass, the pump and the printed label all stay in use, and the refill costs less than a new bottle.

How a refill works

  1. Keep the bottle

    Finish the fragrance. Keep the glass, the pump and the label. Do not bin the bottle.

  2. Bring it or send it

    Take it to a participating lab, or start an online refill order and ship the bottle back.

  3. Get it back full

    The same bottle returns filled with the same scent, in the same size, with the same personalisation.

Limits

What you cannot change

  • The scent: a bottle is refilled with the fragrance it was made for.
  • The size: refills match the original bottle volume.
  • The personalisation: the printed name, date and city stay as they were.
  • Eligibility: only creations enrolled in the program can be refilled.

Why

Why the house bothers

Refilling keeps glass, pumps and labels out of the bin and cuts the packaging that a new bottle would need. It also keeps the original label, which for most people is the reason they bought the bottle in the first place.

Refills cover the fine fragrance bottles enrolled in the program, in the sizes the program supports. Candles, body products and travel tubes are sold as new. If you are unsure about a bottle, ask client care before sending it.
