This is the international Le Labo website. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at volume, or use its content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Product availability, pricing and delivery options vary by region. Anything shown is an invitation to order, not a binding offer, until an order is confirmed.

Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency where available and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs are added before you confirm.

We can decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if a price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.

Delivery times are estimates and start from dispatch, not from the moment you order. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Unopened products can normally be returned within the window stated at checkout. Refilled bottles and personalised items cannot be returned, because the label is printed for you.

Refills are limited to eligible creations and must match the original scent and size. Personalisation cannot be changed on a refill. Refill service depends on lab participation.

Le Labo, the Le Labo wordmark and the product names on this site are trademarks of Le Labo Holding LLC or its affiliates. You may not use them without written permission.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.

Fragrance can irritate sensitive skin. Patch test before first use and stop if irritation develops. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without prejudice to consumer protections you are entitled to where you live.
